We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Grade 2 Teaching Assistant to join our committed team. This role is for 27 hours per week and will involve providing 1:1 support for a child with additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and thrive within our school community.
We are looking for someone who:
· Is patient, nurturing and able to build positive, trusting relationships
· Can provide consistent, high-quality 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
· Works effectively as part of a team and communicates well with staff and families
· Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and a commitment to inclusive practice
· Has experience of supporting children with SEND (desirable but not essential)
