Required for April 2024, we are looking to appoint an experienced teacher to work in our newly established EPU. The successful candidate will offer previous SEND teaching or have had previous experience in a specialist setting. 

The EPU will take up to 12 children from schools in the Broxtowe area and will provide a bespoke curriculum to support children with a range of needs who are at risk of exclusion or struggle with ARNA.

We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference and enjoys working with children. Experience of working with pupils with a range of additional needs including supporting pupils with managing their emotions and feelings is essential.

Larkfields Junior is an exciting and vibrant school with a wide range of excellent CPD opportunities. Our children are proud to be part of Team Larkfields and Take Care of their learning, each other, themselves and the environment.

Larkfields Juniors is excited to be establishing this EPU and have a team of dedicated staff to support this new venture including a passionate SENDCO and strong SLT.

The EPU will also be supported by the family SENDCO and a panel of experts and outside agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special and innovative around supporting children with SEND needs.
