Thinking about SATs? We've got your back! Mr Betts, Mrs Bowen and Miss Mitchell have set up an after school club to help Year 6's prepare for their SATs in May. Everyone in Year 6 is welcome to come along. BBC Bitesize is also an excellent resource to help children revise and prepare. Click the picture below for their website: Most important of all: Relax! SATs might seem scary but remember it's only for one week and then it's over. Find small ways to help you relax, whether it is playing with the family dog, kicking a football around outside, or watching your favourite episode of a cartoon series for the 1,000th time! |
We are placing a huge emphasis on reading again this year at Larkfields; in particular, reading for pleasure. As the saying goes: “Open your mind. We now have The Match football magazine, WRD magazine, The Week Junior and the new editions of the Beano Comic!
